Orders for WhatPowers subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

If WhatPowers doesn't work for you, e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are generally not refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the service in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll sort it out. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
